AGENCY APPEARANCES

The firm accepts instructions to appear at Edinburgh and Haddington Sheriff Courts.

There is a Civil Court at Haddington Sheriff Court every Monday.

There is an Ordinary Civil Court at Edinburgh Sheriff Court every day at 10 am. Interim Hearings call at 12 noon. Child Welfare Hearings call at 2 pm. The Summary Cause/Small Claims Court sits on a Wednesday at 9.45 am. The Heritage Court sits on a Friday at 9.45 am. The firm covers each of these courts as required.

Reports are faxed out on the day of the appearance and followed up by a hard copy in the post.

The firms standard charges (exclusive of vat) are as follows:-

The firm reserves the right to make an additional charge in complex cases such as opposed motions, personal injury hearings and bankruptcy hearings.
