ACCIDENT CLAIMS

With the firms emphasis on Debt Recovery the firm sees accident claims as an extension of that service. A person has an accident through no fault of their own and they seek compensation. The firm wants to see its clients recover compensation for the injury and that as quickly as possible.

The firm acts for many clients who have unfortunately suffered injuries in a variety of circumstances. The firm has a great deal of experience in raising proceedings for damages in both the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session.

Whether the client has been injured at work, in a road traffic accident or in any other circumstances though no fault of their own the firm may be able to act.
